About Acroyoga

Acro Yoga is a unique movement practice that blends yoga, partner acrobatics, and elements of Thai massage. It’s not just about impressive poses – it’s about trust, communication, and connection. One person (the base) supports another (the flyer) in dynamic movements and balances, while a third (the spotter) ensures safety.

The idea behind Acro Yoga goes beyond physical exercise. It encourages playfulness, presence, and teamwork, helping people build confidence, deepen relationships, and explore movement in a fun and mindful way. Whether practiced with friends or strangers, it creates a space for shared growth and joyful connection.

No! Our workshops are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
We offer different levels of difficulty and adapt the exercises to your experience level.

Is Acroyoga safe?

Yes, when practiced correctly. Safety is our top priority.
