Greek Sailing Adventure – A Movement Escape
A seven-day sailing retreat combining AcroYoga, movement, play, and slow travel across the Aegean Sea — hosted by two experienced Acro & Movement teachers, Aline Iosca and John Karvelis.
We live together on a sailing boat and journey through five Greek islands, letting wind, water, and rhythm shape our days.
This retreat is for people who love to move — but also to pause.
Practices are guided by Aline and John and take place on deck, on beaches, or in quiet island spots, always adapted to the environment and the group. Sessions include AcroYoga jams, playful partner work, grounding movement, and space for exploration. Participation is optional; listening to your body comes first.
Life on the boat is simple and shared.
We cook together, swim in hidden bays, explore islands, rest in the sun, and gather in the evenings for connection, reflection, or spontaneous movement. The schedule is intentionally light — this is not a training camp, but an invitation to slow down and be present.
There is no performance pressure and no hierarchy.
This retreat welcomes AcroYoga practitioners, movers, and curious bodies who feel comfortable with basic partner work and who value communication, consent, and community. You don’t need to be advanced, but you should enjoy moving with others and adapting to changing conditions.
